Jamie Vardy & Rebekah Nicholson's beautiful wedding
Jamie Vardy married fiancee Rebekah Nicholson in a star-studded wedding at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire on the 25th May.
Rebekah looked stunning in a handcrafted fishtail couture Caroline Castigliano wedding gown featuring a complex integral corset covered with French Chantilly lace. Couture crafted French Chantilly layered sleeves balanced the gown with a full detachable silk zibeline train. The look was finished with a couture crafted French Chantilly and beaded lace trim veil.
For the evening Caroline created a body hugging couture evening bridal gown in silver silk satin moulded with French sequinned Chantilly lace and hand beaded with over 3000 mirrored Swarovski crystal stones. Featuring a high split and finished off with beautiful hand beaded Swarovski crystal mirrored straps.
Caroline also designed the bridesmaid’s dresses, which were made to compliment the bride’s two looks and are created from exquisite purple silk marocaine crepe in a fit and flare style with low back details and crossover straps.
Caroline says “It was an absolute pleasure to work with Becky on her gowns. On top of being an incredibly beautiful bride she’s a lovely person. I wish her the most happy and fantastic life with Jamie Vardy – he’s a very lucky man”.
Wedding guests included Jamie’s Leicester city team-mates, One Direction star Louis Tomlinson, rapper Tinchy Strider and Serge of rock band Kasabian.
Jamie told Hello Magazine he felt very emotional seeing his daughter and Rebekah walk down the aisle “I’d been holding it together so well until that point but when I saw Sofia’s little face as she was walking down towards me, I felt myself starting to go,” Jamie said. “Then I saw Becky coming towards me and she just looked so incredible, I felt my composure going again. I knew she’d look amazing but it was more than I could ever have pictured.”
